HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Shipping to the contiguous United States (Lower 48) is free for orders over $50. For orders less than $50, we will charge a flat $15 rate. In the event that additional shippings cost are necessary, you will be contacted before any additional costs are added.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are a small shop, but will do our best to ship your order ASAP.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you have a specific requirement, please email us at email@example.com
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order any time by logging into your account at www.goldenflyshop.com - Once logged in, click "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner. You will see a history of all of your orders. Click the order number to see detailed information.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Any order shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS.
Most items (excluding Rods, Reels and Fly Line) carry a 30-day money back guarantee however please note the exceptions below. If an item does not fit or was not what you were expecting, it may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Items must be in new and unused condition with the original Packaging. Anything outside of 30 days is up to manager's discretion and may be declined or incur a restocking fee.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON FLY RODS, REELS or Fly Line.
To Request a return please follow these steps:
1. Log into your store, then go to "My Account."
2. Click on the specific order you want to return.
3. Choose the reason from the drop-down menu and add any notes
4. Click Request Return - Our support team will review your request and you will receive an email followup with specific instructions.
With all products, please return the original packaging (especially shoes & boot boxes) and enclose it inside a shipping envelope or box (don't just stick postage on the original box as it's not saleable that way).
