Not much water is coming from Spinney Mountain Reservoir right now, we'd advise fishing elsewhere. But if you're keen on going, keep an eye on water temperatures as they've consistently gone over the threshold of safe trout fishing. PMD's, caddis, midges, and possibly a few early tricos are hatching right now, as well as a ton of hoppers.
