Though I have only ordered gear online, I have still been treated like an important customer. Ordering was easy and they mailed out my purchase the same day I ordered it. I had a question, so I called the shop and left a message, wondering when and even if I would hear from anyone. My call was returned the same day. The person did not have the answer but said he would find out and call me back. Within 15 minutes he called back and gave me the answer. Over the next two days, I received two more phone calls making sure I got my question answered. With one of my orders, a couple items were accidently left out when shipped to me. When I called the store and explained the situation, the gentleman I spoke with was apologetic and immediately took care of me with no questions asked. While I was on the phone he went and got the items and assured me they would be mailed out right away. Look, mistakes happen; it is how you are treated that tells you what kind of company you are dealing with. Golden was responsive, kind, and apologetic. I have made another order with complete confidence that I will be taken care of. I give Golden Fly Shop a ten out of ten.

Called and ordered some G4Z's that were on sale and wanted to use tow gift cards. Couldn't do it online... So I called in and was able to make it happen over the phone... Thanks. Then shipping was fast and got my waders within a couple days. First time ordering from Golden Fly Shop and won't be my last..... THANKS!!!!
