Was gifted this jacket as an early Christmas present. I was super excited with the jacket. The only thing wrong was the size my uncle gave me. The staff was able to help track down the order my uncle made to purchase the jacket and exchange my jacket for the correct size of jacket. Overall very happy with the team and that they were able to do an exchange.
