HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Shipping to the contiguous United States (Lower 48) is free for orders over $50. For orders less than $50, we will charge a flat $15 rate. In the event that additional shippings cost are necessary, you will be contacted before any additional costs are added.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are a small shop, but will do our best to ship your order ASAP.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you have a specific requirement, please email us at [email protected]
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Any order shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS.
Most items carry a 30-day money back guarantee however please note the exceptions below. If an item does not fit or was not what you were expecting, it may be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Items must be in new and unused condition with the original Packaging. Anything outside of 30 days is up to manager's discretion and may be declined or incur a restocking fee.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON FLY RODS OR REELS.
To Request a return please follow these steps:
1. Log into your store, then go to "My Account."
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

4. Click Submit Return Request.
With all products, please return the original packaging (especially shoes & boot boxes) and enclose it inside a shipping envelope or box (don't just stick postage on the original box as it's not saleable that way).
Please provide us with the following information:
Your First and Last Name
Your order number (if known)
A phone number where you can be reached if we have any questions
What you would like done (refund, exchange, warranty, etc.)
