Clear Creek is mostly ice free at this point, but is running extremely low. Our suggestion right now would be get above the construction in the canyon and throw lightweight nymph rigs with two midges. Try mixing it up with your lead fly with an egg or lightly weighted perdigon, this can help draw fish's attention and get them willing to eat in the colder water.
