Fly Fishing at Bear Creek, Colorado

Rating: 4/5

Current River Conditions

May 12, 2025

Bear Creek finally has a small push of water! This is a great flow, but still lower than we'd like it right now. The fishing should be good with hopper-double dropper rigs, jigged streamers, and light nymph rigs. The pre-runoff fishing on Bear is our favorite local option!
