Water is dropping on the Dream and it likely won't get much higher throughout the summer without significant rain in South Park. Spinney is incredibly low and that water won't be going anywhere. With the dropping flows and likely, long-lasting low flows, dry fly hatches should be great. Right now, caddis and midges will be taking the show, but hitting the banks with a hopper during slow hatches can turn things around.
